Shipping policy

Currently, we are only able to ship to the United States and Canada. 

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.

During peak season, orders can take up to 7 business days to process because we are handling a high volume of orders. These seasons include: Launch Days, Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend, Christmas and other sale times.

You can always check the status of your order by clicking the button inside your “Order Confirmation” email. The button says “View My Order.”

Canadian orders require extended shipping time, 6-8 weeks or longer, in some cases. Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Please note you may be responsible for additional duties and VAT taxes based on your country's rules.
